Simba Strong
Simba Strong is the high-ABV beer in Simba's portfolio - the choice for drinkers who want more from their beer in terms of both alcohol and body. It was actually the first Simba product to launch commercially, in May 2016 in Chhattisgarh, and it helped establish the brand's initial presence before the Wit and Stout followed.
Strong lagers are a major category in India, and Simba Strong competes directly with the Kingfisher Strongs and Carlsberg Elephants of the market - but with a craft pedigree behind it.

Flavor Profile
Simba Strong is fuller-bodied and warmer than the Simba Lager or Wit. The higher alcohol content contributes malt sweetness and warmth. There's a decent hop presence to balance the sweetness, and the finish is longer and more warming than a standard lager.
For a strong beer, it's reasonably well-balanced - it doesn't lean purely sweet or purely bitter.
How to Drink It
Serve cold but not ice-cold - around 5°C to 7°C. Strong beers can become cloying at higher ABVs if not properly chilled. Pour into a pint glass. Given the alcohol content, this is a beer to drink slowly and deliberately - it's designed to be savoured, not rushed.
Food Pairing
Works well with rich, bold Indian food - mutton biryani, nihari, keema pav, smoked tikkas, and dishes with deep masala bases. The beer's body and warmth can match flavours that a lighter lager wouldn't survive. Also pairs well with roasted meats and strong-flavoured cheeses.
Who Should Try This
Drinkers who already enjoy strong Indian lagers and want to try one from a craft brewery with a commitment to ingredient quality and small-batch production. Also for Simba fans who've explored the Wit and Lager and want to experience something with more power.
